2016 Jeunesse EXPO Empower:
Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need photo identification to check in for EXPO? Where is Check-in located in the Orange County Convention Center?

Yes, a passport or state identification with photo is required to pick up your EXPO credentials. For your convenience, Check-in desks will be located in the South Hall Concourse, near the Hilton Orlando walkway, during the following dates/times:

Thursday, Oct. 6, 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 7, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

Don’t worry, there will be plenty of signage to guide you to your destination. Once you pick up your badge, make sure to wear it along with your lanyard at all times to gain admittance into General Sessions, invitation-only events, Breakout Sessions and the EXPO Village.

Who do I contact if I have any special needs?

Once at the Orange County Convention Center, please visit our Help Desk, which will be located adjacent to the Check-in area. If you would like to set up reservations or make arrangements in advance, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-321-275-7171 or via e-mail at Fees may apply.

Is my spouse and/or child able to attend sessions and events? Will childcare be available?

While we encourage you to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer after EXPO, we will not be offering childcare during the conference. Seating is limited to conference attendees who have paid or earned a ticket. Please make arrangements for childcare during business functions. Children over the age of 12 and spouses will need to register to attend EXPO, although there may be limited availability. Click here to register your spouse or guest.

Are meals included with the purchase of an event ticket? Where can I purchase food if it’s not included?
